Leidy’s Pork carries high quality, fresh and smoked pork products. Leidy’s pork products can be found in Alexandra’s Signature Item, Louisiana Shrimp and Grits, which contains house-cured Tasso ham.
OTTENBERG’S BAKERY – ELDERSBURG, MD.
Located just a few miles from Turf Valley, Chef Vocci receives bread used for the Wagyu Sliders and Premium Wagyu Burger from Ottenberg’s Bakery in Eldersburg. Ottenberg’s Bakery operates a USDA organic certified plant-to-produce organic products that are kosher, contain zero trans fats, cholesterol free, and no saturated fats.

Alexandra’s Onion Rings are battered in Dead Rise Ale, a popular Maryland brew out of Flying Dog Brewery in Frederick, Md. Dead Rise was brewed to celebrate OLD BAY®’s 75th anniversary, and highlights the indelible, bold character of OLD BAY® with citrus hop notes and a crisp, tart finish.

Our Pan-Seared Chicken comes from Allen Harim Farms, a chicken company with roots in Delmarva. With nearly 100 years of experience, Allen Harim handles the entire process from breeding operations and hatcheries, to feed mills and poultry processing facilities.
CHESAPEAKE BAY ROASTING COMPANY – CROFTON, MD.
Alexandra’s features CBRC’s Eco-Reef Blend Coffee, along with seasonal selections. CBRC is a fair trade, organic coffee roaster dedicated to selecting the highest quality, specialty-grade coffees from coffee growing regions around the globe. The company works to create a direct connection between their specialty coffee and the health of the watershed and community by supporting local environmental organizations.
Alexandra’s is also a large supporter of local breweries in the region, serving locally crafted brews from Flying Dog, Jailbreak Brewing Company, Heavy Seas, and Brewer’s Alley.
